Thanks for shopping our online store!

We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. An Expedited Parcel is 1-7 Business Days.

We'll notify you when the order has been picked up by Canada Post. Canada Post collects our parcels on Tuesday and Friday, so orders must be placed before the Sunday and Thursday prior by 4PM.

If Biscuit General Store is unable to process your order due to incomplete or inaccurate payment info, your order processing will be delayed and we have the right to cancel your order. We work hard to avoid this step through excellent communication with our customers!

RETURNS:

Biscuit General Store will gladly accept the return of UNUSED items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange that have a) have not been washed; AND b) have original tags attached. A return must be requested and sent back within 10 days of when you received your product(s). You may return these in-store or by mail. SALE ITEMS AND SPECIFICALLY MARKED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

In order to return an item(s), please login to your account to request a return, credit, or exchange, then choose "RETURN REASON" from the drop-down menu. If you proceed with the return, we will notify and credit you once the item is received back at Biscuit. If your return request does not meet the required guidelines, Biscuit has the right to deny said request. We are not responsible for shipping and handling fees or supplies for returns unless the manufacturer has deemed the product defective.

We use environmentally friendly shipping products and a portion of this cost is included in your shipping fee. We hope you can feel good about joining our quest to reduce footprints, while still providing beautiful products. Shipping supplies are often recycled boxes, paper, and/or bubble wrap. We also sometimes reuse biodegradable packing peanuts, which can be disposed of in the garbage and biodegrade naturally when in contact with moisture.
